Therapist / LCSWA / LCSW / LCMHC / LCMHCA
About the role
We are hiring for licensed therapists, LCSW/LCSW/LCMHC/LCMHCA, to join our team at RHA Health Services. The position requires a licensed professional clinician with experience treating a range of behavioral health issues, including co-occurring disorders.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic services including assessments, crisis intervention, individual and group therapy
- Serve individuals with various mental health and substance use diagnoses
- Facilitate relationships and serve as a link between the company, parents, guardians, local agencies, and the community
- Support individuals with connections to services and referrals for holistic treatment
- Work closely with other clinical/professional staff to maintain communication and provide feedback, standardize procedures, and expedite PCP implementation
Requirements
- Graduate degree in Counseling or a related field
- Valid licensure to provide mental/behavioral healthcare in the state of North Carolina (LCMHC, LCMHCA, LCSWA, LCSW)
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Ability to perform tasks on the computer including working with Microsoft 360, Excel, Word, and other basic programs
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- Ability to lift between 20 and 50 pounds and meet the physical requirements of performing CPR and therapeutic holds
Qualifications
- Must hold a license issued by the governing board regulating a human service profession
- Some services may require additional experience, licensure, or education

Pay
$57,000 - $60,000 depending upon license and experience. Plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

Full-Time, Monday- Friday, No On-Call Position
