Psychologist- Carroll IA

About the role

Premier Community Mental Health Center seeks a full-time Psychologist based out of our Carroll location. Travel to our satellite offices is required. The position is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Anticipated start for this position is July of 2025.

Responsibilities

• Carry out psychological assessments to evaluate emotional, cognitive, and behavioral functioning
• Diagnose and develop treatment plans and recommendations
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care
• Refer clients for treatment of psychological disorders as warranted and appropriate
• Keep current on testing and diagnostic related material, rules, and practices
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Valid Iowa licensure to practice as an Independent Doctor of Psychology
• One to two years’ experience in conducting assessments in an outpatient setting
• Valid Driver’s License and Insurance

Qualifications

• Bilingual a plus, but not required

Pay

Pay Range $94,000.00 up to $105,000.00 depending on experience

Schedule

40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
