About the Role
You will provide psychological evaluations and/or psychotherapy to patients, drawing upon your training and experience to meet the client where they are. You will also design and implement treatment plans and ongoing therapy reflective of patient needs, and if needed, provide clinical supervision to master’s or doctorate level providers.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychological evaluations to patients within the psychologist's scope of competence.
- Provide outpatient psychotherapy to patients within the psychologist’s scope of competence.
- Design and implement treatment plans and ongoing therapy reflective of patient needs.
- If interested/needed, provide clinical supervision to master’s or doctorate level providers.
- Maintain legible and organized outpatient records in accordance with policy requirements.
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings including case and peer reviews.
- Responsible for timely completion of Managed Care applications and ongoing documentation as needed.
Requirements
- Doctoral degree from an accredited college or university.
- Licensed Psychologist in Minnesota (LP) or pursuing LP licensure.
- Must be comfortable working with children, adolescents, and/or adults.
- Experience with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is required.
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems.

Pay
This is an exempt position. Total earnings for this position will range from $70,000.00 - $125,000.00 annually. Post Doctoral: $70,000 - $75,000 Licensed Psychologist: $110,000 - $125,000.
Schedule
Fully remote, but office visits are available.
