Psychologist

Location: East Entrance, 3535 40th Ave NW Suite 210, Rochester, MN 55901. Onsite role with flexible FTE (.5 – 1.0) for part-time or full-time psychologists.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychological evaluations to patients within your scope of competence.
• Deliver outpatient psychotherapy tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans and ongoing therapy.
• Provide clinical supervision to master’s or doctorate-level providers when needed.
• Maintain legible, organized outpatient records in accordance with policy.
• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings, case reviews, and peer reviews.
• Complete Managed Care applications and required documentation in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Doctoral degree from an accredited college or university.
• Licensed Psychologist in Minnesota (LP) or actively pursuing LP licensure.
• Comfortable working with children, adolescents, and/or adults.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a plus.
• Proficient in Office 365 and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Pay

Exempt position with total annual earnings ranging from $70,000 to $125,000 (1.0 FTE).

• Post-Doctoral: $70,000 – $75,000.
• Licensed Psychologist: $95,000 – $125,000.

Actual compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, skill set, internal equity, schedule, and location.
