Responsibilities
- Provide psychological evaluations to patients within the psychologist's scope of competence.
- Provide outpatient psychotherapy to patients within the psychologist’s scope of competence.
- Design and implement treatment plans and ongoing therapy reflective of patient needs.
- Provide clinical supervision to master’s or doctorate level providers, if interested/needed.
- Maintain legible and organized outpatient records in accordance with policy requirements.
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings including case and peer reviews.
- Responsible for timely completion of Managed Care applications and ongoing documentation as needed.
Requirements
- Doctoral degree from an accredited college or university.
- Licensed Psychologist in Minnesota (LP) or pursuing LP licensure.
- Must be comfortable working with children, adolescents, and/or adults.
- Experience with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a plus.
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems.

Pay
This is an exempt position. Total earnings for this role will range as follows (based on a 1.0 FTE):
- Post Doctoral: $70,000 - $75,000 annually
- Licensed Psychologist: $95,000 - $125,000 annually
Actual compensation may be determined by various factors such as licensure, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule, and/or location.
