Job Summary
A Psychologist at CI Pediatric Therapy Centers (CI) is a vital member of a collaborative team of mental health professionals including psychologists, psychotherapists, and psychometrists that focuses on comprehensive care of the entire child. Our Psychologists provide high quality and effective assessment and treatment for children with anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, social concerns, adjustment to life stressors, ASD, ADHD, and more. CI is an energetic work environment that requires a self-motivated, flexible, and creative team member. We are seeking an experienced Psychologist who is passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence to grow our mental health team and services.
About the Role
Must be fully licensed in Wisconsin
Position includes opportunities for both assessment and psychotherapy
Position offers outstanding psychometrist support in the administration and scoring of psychological tests
Collaboration with interdisciplinary team members including OT, SLP, and PT
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive psychological assessments and interventions for children with various mental health conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct psychotherapy sessions with children and families
- Administer and score psychological tests under the guidance of a psychometrist
- Participate in staff meetings and case conferences to discuss patient progress and treatment strategies
- Stay updated with the latest research and clinical practices in child psychology
Requirements
- Doctorate degree in Psychology
- Current licensure in Wisconsin
- Experience in providing psychological assessments and interventions for children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for working with children and their families
