Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments.
- Deliver individual, and/or group psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team including psychiatrists, APPs, and therapists.
- Participate in new provider orientation and clinical team meetings.
- Maintain timely and thorough documentation in the EHR system.
- Refer patients internally for psychiatric consultation, medication management, or other clinical services as needed.
- Adhere to standards of care and ethical guidelines established by the profession and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications
- Doctoral degree (PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
- Unrestricted license to practice in the state of care delivery.
- Experience in psychotherapy required; experience with psychological testing and report writing preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and evidence-based treatment models.
- Ability to conceptualize treatment modalities and determine appropriate placement within the continuum of care.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Commitment to interdisciplinary collaboration and continuous professional development.
- Ability to utilize the EHR and other technology platforms for care delivery.
