Psychological Behavioral Health Coordinator -LISW Required

PACE Consulting, LLC is seeking qualified candidates for two Psychological Behavioral Health Coordinator positions to support a prospective contract opportunity in Columbus, Ohio.

About the role

This full-time, in-person position involves providing behavioral health consultation, assessment, crisis response, prevention, education, case coordination, and related support to military service members and their families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations, psychodiagnostic assessments, screenings, reassessments, and behavioral-health needs assessments.
• Provide behavioral-health consultation and professional recommendations.
• Respond to time-sensitive crisis calls and behavioral-health concerns.
• Monitor or support an off-duty behavioral-health resource line, as assigned.
• Develop and implement behavioral-health prevention programs, educational classes, and skill-building initiatives.
• Conduct organizational needs assessments and SWOT analyses to support prevention planning.
• Provide education, consultation, and training to military leaders, health care professionals, medical personnel, and community partners.
• Coordinate with military, civilian, and community organizations.
• Establish and maintain referral and community-resource partnerships.
• Maintain accurate clinical and administrative documentation.

Requirements

• A master’s degree in social work (MSW) from an institution accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.
• A current Ohio LISW license (required).
• Three to five years of experience as a clinical social worker.
• Experience conducting clinical assessments, intake evaluations, needs assessments, or psychodiagnostic assessments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• The ability to work onsite in Columbus, Ohio.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in military, Department of Defense, Department of Veterans Affairs, or military-family behavioral health.
• Crisis intervention, suicide prevention, or traumatic-event response.
• Training military leaders, health care professionals, or multidisciplinary teams.
