Psychiatry, Vice Chair of Clinical Services

This role will support clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. Responsibilities

• Develop strategic vision for psychiatry services
• Lead expansion and integration of behavioral health programs
• Identify growth and innovation opportunities
• Align departmental goals with institutional priorities
• Promote operational excellence across clinics and programs
• Oversee recruitment and development of clinical faculty
• Collaborate with health system leaders for quality improvement

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Board Certified in Psychiatry
• Sub-specialty training is a plus
• Eligible for Medical Licensure in New York State
• Proven clinical leadership in a complex healthcare setting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Dedication to academic psychiatry and community engagement

Compensation

$350,000 – $475,000 annually
