About the role
This role will support clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic vision for psychiatry services
- Lead expansion and integration of behavioral health programs
- Identify growth and innovation opportunities
- Align departmental goals with institutional priorities
- Promote operational excellence across clinics and programs
- Oversee recruitment and development of clinical faculty
- Collaborate with health system leaders for quality improvement
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Board Certified in Psychiatry
- Sub-specialty training is a plus
- Eligible for Medical Licensure in New York State
- Proven clinical leadership in a complex healthcare setting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Dedication to academic psychiatry and community engagement
Compensation
$350,000 – $475,000 annually
