About the role

A psychiatrist specialized in diagnosing and treating developmental, behavioral, emotional, and mental disorders in children and adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Interview patients to gather symptoms, medical histories, and family backgrounds.
• Perform and interpret diagnostic tests as needed.
• Diagnose conditions and create treatment plans, which may include prescribing medications.
• Maintain and review patient records, including histories and treatment outcomes.
• Work onsite in a clinical and office setting.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine required.
• Additional training in childhood and adolescent mental health preferred.
