Position Highlights

100% inpatient psychiatry — no outpatient responsibilities
Night and weekend shift coverage; well-suited as a supplemental income opportunity alongside a full-time position
Large inpatient footprint: 86-bed adult unit at MetroWest Medical Center (Natick) and 12-bed adult unit at Saint Vincent Hospital (Worcester)
Full behavioral health continuum on-site, including a 17-bed child/adolescent unit and 24-bed geriatric neuropsychiatric unit
Hospital-employed position within Tenet Healthcare
Collaborative, team-based model with supportive administration and established clinical staff

Candidate Requirements

Board certification in Psychiatry (ABIM)
Clear credentialing history and consistent, comparable work experience
Strong team collaboration and communication skills
