Compensation and Benefits
- Hiring range: $300,000 to $370,000
- $30,000 relocation assistance
- Sign-on bonus: 10%–15% of base salary
- Retention bonus: 10% of salary at the 2-year mark
- 5 days of CME plus allowance
- Student loan repayment through NHSC and ISH programs
- Merit-based salary increases up to 7% accrued annually
- Over 400 hours of PTO; unused PTO paid out annually
- 13 paid federal holidays
- No state income tax
Responsibilities
Work in a Child and Family Outpatient Services clinic primarily serving youth ages 3–21 and their families. Provide individual psychotherapy, group therapy, and couples therapy based on your clinical skill set. Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team within an integrated system of care for a comprehensive patient outlook.
Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
