Psychiatry - Addiction Specialist

Responsibilities

• Contribute clinical insight to the development of educational programs focused on smoking cessation, alcohol use disorder, and other substance use disorders.
• Collaborate with a team to design and implement evidence-based patient education materials.
• Provide feedback on program content and delivery methods to enhance effectiveness.

Requirements

• An MD, DO, or Psychology license (required)
• Demonstrated expertise in addiction medicine or behavioral health
• Strong communication skills
• A passion for improving health literacy
• Any academic affiliation or leadership experience (a plus)

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and delivering patient education programs
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices in addiction medicine and behavioral health
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
