Psychiatrist (Relief)

HealthcareFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes "Brief Description", "Your Role In Action", "Education", "What We Have To Offer", "What Else You Should Know", "About Us". We need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we should only include sections when posting has real specific content. We need to map content to these headings appropriately. We have: - About the role: could be "Brief Description" and maybe "Your Role In Action". Could combine. - Responsibilities: "Your Role In Action" includes duties. - Requirements/Education: "Education" and "Other Key Qualifications" etc. - Qualifications: maybe same as Requirements. - Skills: maybe not explicit. - Benefits: "What We Have To Offer" includes benefits. - Pay: Not mentioned explicitly (no salary). So we should NOT include Pay section. - Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly (hybrid/in-person but not specific schedule). The posting mentions hybrid and in-person outpatient positions, hybrid schedules allowed for direct care service only. That's schedule info. It says "We offer hybrid and in-person outpatient positions. Will also involve supervising residents in the clinic and will require an in-person presence in the clinic. Hybrid schedules will be allowed for direct care service only." That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section. We must not include headings with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID etc. There's "What Else You Should Know This posting is associated with position #418002". That's minor metadata; we can fold into a short

or drop. Probably drop. We must remove boilerplate like EEO etc. Not present. We need to preserve all substantive information. We need to use

  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we need to convert duties into list. Working in close collaboration with Healthcare for the Homeless medical staff and the Coalition for the Homeless, the Psychiatrist will provide direct psychiatric services to individuals experiencing homelessness across Harris County. This is a community-based, relief position focused on expanding access to care and supporting vulnerable populations through a street medicine initiative. This role is central to advancing a street medicine initiative aimed at improving access to care and fostering trust within underserved communities. About Us: The Harris Center is the state-designated Local Mental Health Authority and Local Intellectual and Developmental Disability (IDD) Authority serving Harris County, Texas. As the largest behavioral and developmental disability care center in Texas, The Harris Center provides care to over 90,000 people and has an annual budget of over $300 million. Contributes to suicide care and prevention by embracing our values and applying a trauma-informed approach rooted in safety, trust, choice, collaboration, and empowerment. We need to decide sections. Possible sections: - About the role (could combine Brief Description and Your Role In Action? But we have separate headings for Responsibilities. Better: About the role = Brief Description (overview). Responsibilities = Your Role In Action (list). Requirements/Qualifications = Education + Other Key Qualifications (list). Benefits = What We Have To Offer (list). Schedule = mention hybrid/in-person (maybe from Brief Description? Actually from Brief Description: "We offer hybrid and in-person outpatient positions. Will also involve supervising residents in the clinic and will require an in-person presence in the clinic. Hybrid schedules will be allowed for direct care service only." That's in Brief Description? Actually it's in Brief Description after "Your Role In Action"? Let's locate: In the text: "We offer hybrid and in-person outpatient positions. Will also involve supervising residents in the clinic and will require an in-person presence in the clinic. Hybrid schedules will be allowed for direct care service only." This appears after "Your Role In Action"? Actually reading: after "Your Role In Action" there is a paragraph: "We offer hybrid and in-person outpatient positions. Will also involve supervising residents in the clinic and will require an in-person presence in the clinic. Hybrid schedules will be allowed for direct care service only." Yes that is part of Brief Description? It appears after "Your Role In Action" but before Education. So schedule info is there. Thus we can extract schedule info. We also have "What Else You Should Know" includes details about homelessness etc. Could be part of About the role or Responsibilities? Might be additional context; we could include as a separate section maybe "Additional Details". But allowed headings are limited to those listed. We could put that info under About the role or Responsibilities. Probably better to incorporate into About the role (overview) or Responsibilities. Since it's about the role's setting, we can add to About the role. We must not invent sections like "About Us". Not in allowed headings list. So we should not create an About Us heading. Instead we can fold that info into About the role or maybe omit? But we must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include that info somewhere. Since allowed headings are limited, we can put it under About the role (as part of overview) or maybe under Responsibilities? Probably About the role is appropriate. Thus we will have sections: - About the role (h3) containing Brief Description + What Else You Should Know + About Us (maybe). We'll combine into paragraphs. - Responsibilities (h3) containing list from Your Role In Action. - Requirements (h3) containing Education and Other Key Qualifications (list). - Benefits (h3) containing list from What We Have To Offer. - Schedule (h3) containing schedule info. We must not include Pay. We need to use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits we need lists. For About the role and Schedule we can use

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID etc. We'll drop that. Now craft HTML. Let's extract precise sentences. About the role prose: Combine: "The Harris Center for Mental Health and IDD is expanding our psychiatry team! We're dedicated to transforming the lives of individuals with mental health and IDD needs. Our services span outpatient, emergency, and jail-based clinical settings in Harris County.
