About the Role

LifeStance Health is seeking a psychiatrist to join our clinical team in an outpatient care setting. We provide evidence-based, medically driven treatment services for children, adolescents, and adults suffering from a variety of mental health issues.

Compensation

• Compensation range $425,000–$455,000 based on productivity
• Generous "above market" compensation with unlimited/uncapped earnings
• Sign-on bonus
• Additional compensation for collaboration with mid-levels (optional)
