Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive mental healthcare services to adult patients
• Collaborate with mid-level providers as needed
• Manage medication regimens and provide psychotherapy
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
• Adhere to professional standards and ethical guidelines

Requirements

• Must be fully licensed in one or more US states
• Board Certified/Board Eligible (BE/BC)
• Unencumbered DEA license
• Experience in both medication management and therapy

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Completion of an accredited residency program in Psychiatry
• Passing scores on the USMLE or COMLEX exams

• Strong clinical decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Pay

Compensation Range: $395,000 - $435,000, compensation model based on productivity

Fully flexible work schedule, including full-time and part-time options
