Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based, medically driven treatment services for individuals with various mental health conditions.
• Work in an outpatient setting, either in-person or through telemedicine.
• Collaborate with mid-level providers as part of the compensation model.

Requirements

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Psychology, Psychiatry, or a related field.
• Licenses and certifications required for the position.
• Experience in providing mental health services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay

Compensation is based on productivity and ranges from $425,000 to $455,000 annually.
