About the role

LifeStance Health is seeking passionate, board-certified/board-eligible Adult Psychiatrists committed to clinical excellence and patient-centered care. This is a 100% outpatient role with no nights, hospital calls, or weekends. Telemedicine and in-person options are available, and the position offers full administrative support in a modern, collegial environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based medication management and therapy for adult patients
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team in an outpatient setting
• Deliver care via telemedicine and/or in-person at LifeStance clinics

Requirements

• Fully licensed in one or more US states
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
• Unencumbered DEA registration
• Experience in both medication management and therapy

• Generous, productivity-based compensation with unlimited/uncapped earnings potential
• Compensation range: $395,000–$435,000
