About the role

LifeStance Health is seeking passionate, clinically excellent Child Psychiatrists to join our growing national team. We offer 100% outpatient care with no nights, calls, or weekends, and the flexibility to practice via telemedicine, in-person, or a hybrid model. Full-time and part-time schedules are available.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based medication management and therapy for children and adolescents
• Deliver care in modern, newly designed outpatient clinics or via telemedicine
• Collaborate within a supportive, collegial team environment with full administrative support

Requirements

• Fully licensed in one or more US states
• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Psychiatry
• Unencumbered DEA registration
• Experience in both medication management and therapy for child and adolescent populations

Benefits

• Generous, productivity-based compensation: $425,000–$455,000 with uncapped earnings potential
