Provider Network Development – Contract Prescribers / Contract / Hybrid

Location: Conway, Arkansas

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to build and expand the provider network.
• Identify potential prescribers and negotiate contracts to ensure a robust and diverse provider network.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and provider contract terms.
• Manage the onboarding process for new prescribers, including training and orientation.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of prescribers to ensure quality care and adherence to treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of contracted prescribers into the organization’s operations.

Requirements:

• Must be a licensed Psychiatrist, Prescribing Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant in good standing.
• Experience in healthcare provider contracting and network development is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
