Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Assist with daily living activities such as hygiene, meal preparation, and personal care
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Passing of a background check
- First Aid/CPR certification
- Knowledge of disability-specific terminology and resources
