We are seeking a Per Diem Physiatrist (Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physician) to provide comprehensive care to patients in the Roxborough, Pennsylvania area. Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and physical medicine consultations
• Diagnose and manage musculoskeletal, neurological, and functional conditions
• Develop individualized rehabilitation and treatment plans
• Coordinate care with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate
• Provide appropriate medication management and procedural interventions within scope of practice
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in multidisciplinary care planning and communication with referring providers

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation residency
• Board certified or board eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
• Active Pennsylvania medical license or eligibility for Pennsylvania licensure
• DEA registration
• Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
