You will direct medical treatment to members served within the scope of your Psychiatrist licensure. You will participate in the leadership of the program by participating and communicating with Program staff and members served. You participate in the leadership of the program by ensuring superior quality medical practices that meet and exceed licensure requirements, payer standards and client and community needs.
What You Bring To The Table (Must Have)
- A medical degree from a medical school accredited by the American Medical Association or the American Osteopathic Association and successful completion of residency training program in psychiatry
- Completed a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
- Active DEA in good standing
- Experience with youth/adolescents ages 12-17

About the Role
Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. Independent Contractors are not eligible for company benefits and must provide their own malpractice insurance.
Qualifications

Alameda County Youth CSU
Alameda County Youth CSU is a Crisis Stabilization Unit serving youth populations within Alameda County. These programs provide screening/triage, medication support and brief treatment in a safe, protective setting. These programs are sometimes co-located with acute inpatient programs, allowing for a 'warm hand-off' transfer when needed. The typical length of stay is up to 24 hours.
