About the role

LifeStance Health is a national provider of mental healthcare services focused on evidenced-based, medically driven treatment services for children, adolescents, and adults. We are actively hiring Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists for our LifeStance Health Edgewood Clinical Services.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive mental healthcare services to children, adolescents, and adults.
• Collaborate with mid-level providers as needed.
• Manage medication and therapy for child and adolescent populations.
• Participate in a collegial work environment with full administrative support.
• Work in modern, newly designed offices with latest digital technology.

Requirements

• Must be fully licensed in Illinois or within the Illinois licensing process.
• Must be BC or BE within 3 years of completing residency.
• Must be unencumbered by DEA.
• Experience in both medication management and therapy for child and adolescent populations.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
• Board Certification in Psychiatry.
• Experience in treating children, adolescents, and adults.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients and families.

Skills

• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatments for mental health conditions.
