Compensation
$278,000 – $375,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric assessment and diagnosis for child and adolescent patients
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients
- Conduct therapy and medication management sessions
- Collaborate with other clinical staff and mid-levels when needed
- Maintain detailed patient records and documentation
Qualifications
- Fully licensed in Illinois or in the Illinois licensing process
- Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) within 3 years post-residency
- Unencumbered DEA license
- Experience in both medication management and therapy for children and adolescents
- Passion for patient care and commitment to clinical excellence
