About the role
LifeStance Health is actively seeking Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists to join our clinical team. We are a rapidly growing behavioral health practice group dedicated to improving access to trusted, affordable, and personalized mental healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive mental healthcare services to children, adolescents, and their families.
- Collaborate with mid-level providers as needed.
- Manage medication and therapy for child and adolescent populations.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Contribute to research and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Fully licensed in Illinois or within the Illinois licensing process.
- BC or BE within 3 years of completing residency.
- Unencumbered DEA.
Qualifications
- Experience in both medication management and therapy for child and adolescent populations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with patients and families.
- Commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in child and adolescent psychiatry.
