Psychiatrist Adult or Child

About the role

LifeStance Health is actively seeking Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists to join our clinical team. We are a rapidly growing behavioral health practice group dedicated to improving access to trusted, affordable, and personalized mental healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive mental healthcare services to children, adolescents, and families
• Collaborate with mid-level providers as needed
• Manage medication and therapy for child and adolescent populations
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based treatment plans
• Ensure compliance with medical and legal standards

Requirements

• Full license in Illinois or within the Illinois licensing process
• BC or BE within 3 years of completing residency
• Unencumbered DEA

Qualifications

• Experience in both medication management and therapy for child and adolescent populations
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with patients and families
• Commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in digital health technologies
