Psychiatrist - Adult & Child - Outpatient

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Psychiatrist - Adult & Child - Outpatient to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will support clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. Location

Charlotte, NC - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation

$310,000 – $440,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality outpatient psychiatric care to adults and children
• Manage medication and therapeutic interventions
• Work flexibly with both telemedicine and in-person appointments
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team
• Provide administrative documentation and maintain patient records

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in North Carolina
• Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC)
• Unencumbered DEA registration
• Experience in medication management and therapy
• Experience with Spravato is a plus, training available
