Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care to adult and child patients
- Conduct evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Offer medication management services
- Utilize telemedicine capabilities as needed
Qualifications
- Full license in North Carolina
- Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC)
- Unencumbered DEA registration
- Experience in both medication management and therapy
- Strong commitment to patient care
