Psychiatrist - Adult and Child - Outpatient

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Psychiatrist - Adult And Child - Outpatient to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will support clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a healthcare environment.

Location: Statesville, NC – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $310,000 – $430,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient psychiatric care to adult and child patients
• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans tailored to individual needs
• Manage medication prescriptions and monitor patient progress
• Offer therapy in conjunction with medication management as needed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in North Carolina with board certification in Psychiatry
• Unencumbered DEA registration for prescribing medications
• Experienced in both medication management and therapeutic services
• Passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence
• Experience in outpatient settings is preferred
