Education/Training
- Graduated from an accredited medical school
- Active NM MD license
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry
- Current DEA and CSR
Additional Requirements
- Maintain a clean driving record, valid driver’s license, and current car insurance
- Submit to LCDF required background check, TB screen and drug testing
