About the role

RHA Behavioral Health is seeking Licensed Psychiatrists interested in joining our team in beautiful North Carolina. We operate throughout the state, with locations at or just hours away from the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina, gorgeous Outer Banks, and the convenient beaches of SC. RHA Behavioral Health is an evolving non-profit provider of behavioral health services located throughout North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Provides psychiatric and medical assessment, treatment, clinical supervision, education, and training to RHA Behavioral Health Staff.
• Develops, implements, and supervises medication, psychiatric, and medical treatment policies and procedures.
• Serves as a key member of treatment teams, working in conjunction with other team members to integrate psychiatric services into the client's overall treatment plan.
• Works collaboratively with other healthcare professionals in the community.

Requirements

• Completion of an MD Residency training program in Psychiatry.
• Board certified or board eligible in psychiatry and licensed to practice medicine in North Carolina.
• Valid driver’s license (this is a condition of employment) including personal vehicle insurance coverage.

Qualifications

• Maintains proficiency in company-sponsored training and certifications and privileging if required.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
