Provider Network Development

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to build an exclusive outpatient network.
• Identify, qualify, and onboard new providers to the network.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and contractual obligations.
• Manage provider contracts and negotiate terms as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of new providers into the network.
• Provide ongoing support and training to network providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in provider relations or healthcare management.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
