Exclusive Outpatient Network / Contract / Hybrid
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers
- Identify and evaluate potential provider opportunities
- Manage provider contracts and agreements
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with healthcare organizations to build and manage networks
- Conduct market research to identify new provider opportunities
- Negotiate and finalize provider contracts
- Monitor network performance and make adjustments as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare-related field
- At least 5 years of experience in provider network development
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board certification in psychiatry
- Experience working with outpatient settings
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
