Impact You'll Make: Implement advanced behavioral support strategies for adults requiring 2:1 staffing, Lead crisis prevention and intervention in intensive behavioral settings, Support complex behavioral and mental health needs, Drive positive outcomes through data-driven approaches, Create lasting change in clients' lives.
Required Qualifications
- 4 years of experience working with severe challenging behaviors OR Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Crisis intervention certification (CPI, MANDT, or equivalent)
- Comfort with physical interventions when necessary
- Strong documentation skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
