About the Role

Oversee rehabilitation services in a dynamic outpatient psychiatric rehabilitation program, ensuring effective care coordination and compliance with individual treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Review intake assessments and oversee rehabilitation services.
• Ensure the Individual Rehabilitation Plan (IRP) is current and effective.
• Coordinate with therapists and supervisors to deliver seamless care.
• Maintain collaboration, accountability, and timely reporting.

Requirements

• Prior licensure required.
• Credentials: Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) or Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP) essential.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
