Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Aide (PRSA)

About the role

The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Aide (PRSA) is responsible for group and individual psychosocial rehabilitation and case management services to adults within a long term care/nursing home setting. The PRSA will participate with the interdisciplinary team to develop, implement and evaluate effective therapeutic services via facility programming.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required
• Prior experience as a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Aide (PRSA) in a licensed nursing home (preferred)
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) experience (helpful)
• Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) (helpful)

Schedule

• 8 hour shifts; Afternoons
• 11:00am – 7:30pm
• Every-other weekend rotation
• Part Time: 2-3 shifts per week PLUS every other weekend

Pay

Hourly wage estimate: $16.00/hr
