Psychiatric Provider — PMHNP / PA-C
About the role
We are seeking an experienced psychiatric provider, either a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, to join our psychiatry team in a fully remote W-2 position.
This role is best suited for a provider who values clinical quality, patient continuity, strong documentation, schedule stability, and working within a supportive outpatient medical practice.
The provider will evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with psychiatric and behavioral health needs, including medication management and longitudinal follow-up care.
Compensation
This is a full-time W-2 employment position with comprehensive employer-paid benefits, not a 1099 contractor role.
- Base Salary: $120,000 annually
- Estimated Annual Bonus Opportunity: Approximately $15,000
- Projected Annual Cash Compensation: Approximately $135,000, with potential upside based on productivity, collections, and KPI performance
- Estimated Total Position Value (including cost of benefits): $153,000 - $160,000
Our bonus structure is reviewed quarterly and is designed to recognize provider contribution, productivity, quality of care, documentation standards, and overall performance.

Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Pennsylvania license
- Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain DEA registration
- Experience in outpatient psychiatry or behavioral health medication management
- Strong clinical judgment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort practicing independently in a remote care environment
- Strong documentation habits
- Familiarity with EMRs, e-prescribing systems, and telehealth workflows
- Compassionate and professional approach to psychiatric care
- Ability to collaborate with administrative and clinical support teams
- Commitment to patient continuity and responsible follow-up care
