Behavioral Health Clinic is a growing multidisciplinary mental health organization serving communities across Wisconsin through outpatient clinics, school-based services, and statewide telehealth programs. We are seeking compassionate, motivated Psychiatric Providers who want to practice in a collaborative, evidence-based environment focused on quality care, accessibility, and professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside psychologists, therapists, psychiatric providers, speech-language pathologists, school psychologists, and assessment specialists in a truly team-based care model focused on coordinated patient care.
- Tailor your role based on your interests and experience, including:
- Psychiatric evaluations
- Medication management
- Collaborative care with therapists and psychologists
- Child, adolescent, and/or adult psychiatry services
- Specialty population work based on provider expertise and interests
- School-based behavioral health collaboration
- Telehealth and in-person care opportunities
Qualifications
- MD, DO, or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP/APNP)
- Wisconsin licensed or license eligible
- DEA certification eligible or active

Pay
Behavioral Health Clinic offers flexible W-2 employment models designed to support provider career goals, scheduling preferences, and work-life balance. Compensation Options Include Fee-for-service model with competitive rates based on licensure and experience OR Salary compensation model with market-competitive pay based on experience, responsibilities, and clinical role. Additional compensation opportunities may be available for leadership responsibilities, supervision, and program development involvement.
Schedule
We offer flexibility with this role, candidates may work fully remote or in a hybrid capacity based on location and preference. Team members also have access to our office locations across Wisconsin for in-person collaboration as desired.
