About the role

• Telehealth-based patient evaluations/intakes and medication management
• Collaborative care consultations
• Provide high-quality, accessible patient care
• Contribute to an organizational culture that recognizes the humanity and dignity of our patients and staff
• Flexible work schedule with a base administrative time of 20% (32 hours of patient-facing time and 8 hours of admin time per week)
• Fully remote position

• Team player, open to learning and adopting evidence-based strategies in the management of patients

Requirements

• Active license in the state of New York and willingness to obtain licensing in the state of North Carolina

Pay

Up to $125,000–$130,000 annual salary (based on experience and state licensure). The final offer will be determined based on the candidate’s location, relevant experience, and qualifications.
