About the role
As the fastest growing behavioral health practice group in the country, LifeStance Health is actively looking to hire talented Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners in the Santa Barbara area. We are seeking individuals passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive psychiatric care to patients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Prescribe medications as appropriate
- Conduct intake assessments and ongoing evaluations
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
Requirements
- Fully licensed CA, unencumbered DEA. 103 status preferred
- Experience in medication management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred
- Current California State License as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) certification (e.g., NP, CNS)
- Experience in psychiatric nursing or related field
