Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric assessments
- Medication management
- Deliver therapy (experience in both medication management and therapy)
- Work closely with general adult and/or child and adolescent populations
- Serve high functioning patients
Requirements
- BC-PMHNP certification required
- Minimum 2 years direct PMHNP experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Full-time 40 hours per week
- Hybrid schedule: 2 days in office, remainder remote

Pay
Compensation range: $140,000 to $191,000 per year, based on productivity with bonus incentive plan.
Schedule
Full‑time 40 hours or more per week; hybrid arrangement with 2 days in‑office and the remainder remote; flexible scheduling options.
