About the role
Nurse Practitioners are a critical part of our clinical team. As the fastest-growing behavioral health practice group in the country, now is the perfect time to join us. We are hiring for all Colorado locations and have 35+ offices across the state, with plans to expand through 2026. Locations range from Fort Collins in the north to Colorado Springs in the south, and as far west as Grand Junction.
This is NOT a 100% remote position and requires some level of in-office presence.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based, medically driven mental healthcare in an outpatient setting, both in-person and via telemedicine.
Requirements
- Licensed in Colorado with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification.
- Must live in Colorado.
- Must have or be able to obtain Prescriptive Authority.
- Must have or be able to obtain DEA.
- Minimum of 1 year of PMHNP experience.

Pay
Compensation range of $144,000–$276,000+, based on a productivity model.
