Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

About the role

LifeStance Health is seeking a passionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team in The Woodlands, TX. This is a hybrid or in-office role requiring candidates to be based in Houston. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of post-training experience and be committed to delivering high-quality behavioral healthcare while maintaining work-life balance and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care to patients aged 18 and up
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop treatment plans
• Prescribe and manage medications as part of evidenced-based treatment
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and therapists
• Deliver care in a modern, supportive group practice setting

Requirements

• Licensed in Texas as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Board Certification by the ANCC
• Active Texas DEA registration
• Minimum of 1 year of PMHNP experience post-training
• Residency in or near Houston, TX

Schedule

• Hybrid role with 2 days per week in the office at 2103 Research Forest Drive, The Woodlands, TX 77380

Pay

• Compensation range: $180,000 to $230,000+ based on productivity
• Sign-on bonus available
