About the role
Nurse Practitioners are a critical part of our clinical team. We're seeking Nurse Practitioners that are:
- Licensed in one or more US states with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification.
- Experienced with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy.

Requirements
Nurse Practitioners must be:
- Licensed in one or more US states with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification.
- Experienced with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy.
Qualifications
Nurse Practitioners should have:
- A Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN).
- A current license to practice as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in at least one US state.
- Experience in both medication management and therapy.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in mental health.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
Nurse Practitioners should possess:
- Strong clinical decision-making skills.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems.

Schedule
Work schedules are flexible and can be either full-time or part-time.
Pay
Compensation range is $255,000 - $295,000, with a compensation model based on productivity.
