The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of post‑training experience and should be based in Houston.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of post‑training experience
• Based in Houston, TX
• Experience working with adults 18+

Qualifications

• Current Texas APRN license
• PMHNP board certification (ANCC)
• Active Texas DEA
• PMHNP clinical experience

Pay

• Compensation range: $180,000 – $230,000+
• Compensation model based on productivity (unlimited/uncapped earnings)
• Annual cash bonus incentive plan
• Sign‑on bonus

Schedule

Hybrid role: 2 days in office per week (remainder remote or as arranged).
