About the role
Denova Collaborative Health seeks a Psychiatrist to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona and Yuma, Arizona.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric care to patients in a hybrid remote setting
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities
Requirements
- Current Arizona Medical License
- Board Certification in Psychiatry
- Experience in a hybrid remote setting preferred

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
