About the role

This position works weekdays with an occasional option to work evenings and weekends. There is on-call responsibility twice a year. Location is in Vancouver WA area part time 20hours a week.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients, typically adults who have been discharged from state hospitals, or reside in assisted living facilities or adult family homes and have difficult behaviors to manage.
  • Provide individualized psychiatric medication evaluations, prescriptions, and follow-up visits as needed.

Requirements

  • PMHNP preference and active ARNP license in WA or ability to become licensed in WA
  • Prior experience working with the geriatric population and/or adults
  • Intermediate level skills of technology for at-home tele-health service
  • Willing and able to travel once a month or every other month to facilities across various WA counties for in-person client meetings
  • Satisfactory results of State and Federal background checks
  • Reliable transportation with valid automobile insurance

  • Full-time, Part-time, and PRN/Temp positions available
