We are actively recruiting for passionate Advance Practice Providers (Psych PA or PMHNP) in the greater Austin market who can partner with us to achieve that mission. We employ evidence‑based care and have a proven model that significantly improves the lives of the vast majority of our patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric healthcare services, including initial mental health evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Manage medication.
• Provide supportive psychotherapy as clinically appropriate based on patient needs.
• Partner with psychiatrists and mental health therapists to coordinate medication management and psychotherapy within an integrated care team.
• Use a measurement‑based care approach to track outcomes through data and inform the plan of care.

Schedule

Hybrid work schedule: most providers work three days a week onsite and two days a week via telehealth. A four‑day work week is also possible. Expect more in‑person time up front while building your patient case load, with follow‑up visits scheduled on telehealth days.

Requirements

• Active Psychiatric PA or PMHNP license in the state of Texas.
• At least one year of professional work experience (preferred over one year in an APP role).
• Active DEA license.
• Passion for high‑quality care.
• Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using an EMR system and maintaining accurate, up‑to‑date electronic health records
