Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality therapeutic services to clients in PHP and IOP settings
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions, individual therapy, and family sessions as appropriate
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate client care
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Participate in treatment team meetings and case consultations
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as necessary
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and training

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • Current clinical licensure (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent)
  • Minimum 2-3 years of post-licensure experience in behavioral health settings
  • Experience with partial hospitalization or intensive outpatient programs preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in electronic health record systems
  • Commitment to cultural competency and inclusive care

Pay

USD 134,992 - 200,304 per year
